Approximately 80% of the immune system resides in our digestive track, making it essential that we keep it healthy and functioning properly. Women who have unbalances digestive systems can experience symptoms such as bloating, cramps, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, moodiness, anxiety, depression, sugar cravings, bad breath, food allergies, skin issues and more. Also since our colon resides in our pelvic area, we can also experience increased pelvic pain if our digestive system is not functioning properly.
