Happy Hormone Program
During our program we will work together to address unhealthy choices that may be effecting your hormones. Learn about the different phases of your menstrual cycle and how to adjust your lifestyle each week to achieve wellness. Develop a personalized program that will help improve and maintain your body using tools such as nutrition, physical activity and stress management.
As a Client of Season Winter you will:

Healthy Hormone Program – 6 Month Program:
– Two (2) 60 minute sessions via telephone, Skype or in-person (clients located in Nassau/Suffolk County)
– Email and Text support in between sessions
– Healthy recipes, Menstrual Journal, PMS tracker, etc
– Coaching & Support to help guide you through making healthy nutritional and lifestyle changes
– Informative handouts that will help you make healthy choices
