Let’s dive a little deeper and look at some of the symptoms that you may experience when having an unhealthy gut.

All of our body’s systems work together to help promote and maintain total body wellness and since approximately 80% of our immune system resides in our gut it is important that we heal and maintain it. Having our digestive system out of whack may lead to other medical issues and symptoms such as:

The good news is that our bodies are amazing at healing when we care for it and feed it healthy choices. The first step to repairing our digestive system is removing the things that are causing a negative effect, this may include nutritional choices, lifestyle choices or even infections that an individual may have. Then we need to start putting the good back into our body.  Once we have worked on healing the digestive system the only thing left is to maintain it and enjoy life!
