– What/If any food triggers you may have
– I will explain how I work and what to except throughout our time.
– Of course time for any questions you may have.
FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

– Celebrate positive accomplishment
– Strategize on any struggles that may have occurred.
– Check in with any food eliminations.
– Check in with symptoms and how your body is feeling
– Plan for future.
– Questions and.or recommendations
