As a graduate of AATPE (Academy of Applied Personal Training Education) I learned to combine bio-mechanics, exercise skill training and critical thinking relative to the human body and not just common or public opinion.  With this knowledge I will work with you to develop an exercise program that will help minimize the risk of injury and maximize the effectiveness of your training.  Together we will modify as needed and celebrate all of your progress.
