As a Certified Personal Trainer, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals no matter where you are starting. Once we have completed the initial consultation which includes establishing your goals, fitness level and schedule … we can begin!   If you don’t see a package below that meets your needs, please feel free to reach out.  I am happy to adjust and offer support in anyway I can. 

1:1 Personal training sessions

– Resistance Training Focused through bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands, or gym equipment. Cardio recommendation provided. 
– Individualized program to meet your goals as well as based on your level
– Weekly sessions (1 to 3 times per week)
– Tracked Progress (measurements, weight logs, photos, etc)
– Motivating, empowering, and supportive environment.
– Weekly emails with nutrition, exercises, and lifestyle tips to help you on your journey.

small group personal training

– Resistance Training Focused through bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands, or gym equipment.  Cardio recommendation provided. 
– Groups of 3 to 6 women working towards the same goals. The fitness level can be adjusted with modifications. 
– Weekly sessions (1-3 per week) 
– Tracked Progress (measurements, weight logs, photos, etc)
– Motivating, empowering, and supportive environment.
– Weekly emails with nutrition, exercises, and lifestyle tips to help you on your journey.
