Did you know that Lentils are a great source of protein, iron, fiber, folic acid and so much more.  These little things pack a serious punch on the nutrition end.  My new favorite salad is for lunch today.⠀

- Green Lentils⠀
- Organic Spinach ⠀
- Pomegranate Seeds⠀
- Celery⠀
- Cucumber
- Fat Free Feta
Cook lentils according to package, once they have cool combine all ingredients in bowl.  For dressing I added: olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt & pepper. ⠀

I love this salad because it’s a healthy option with lots of nutrients that heal & fuel your body.

Did you know that Lentils are a great source of protein, iron, fiber, folic acid and so much more.  These little things pack a serious punch on the nutrition end.  My new favorite salad is for lunch today.⠀

- Green Lentils⠀
- Organic Spinach ⠀
- Pomegranate Seeds⠀
- Celery⠀
- Cucumber
- Fat Free Feta
Cook lentils according to package, once they have cool combine all ingredients in bowl.  For dressing I added: olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt & pepper. ⠀

I love this salad because it’s a healthy option with lots of nutrients that heal & fuel your body.
