Spooky Spiderweb Avocado Hummus – Endometriosis-Friendly Snack.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black sesame seeds for the spiderweb
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine the avocado, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
- Using a toothpick or small spoon, create a spiderweb pattern on the surface with the black sesame seeds.
- Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
