Spooky Spiderweb Avocado Hummus – Endometriosis-Friendly Snack.

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black sesame seeds for the spiderweb


  1. In a food processor, combine the avocado, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
  4. Using a toothpick or small spoon, create a spiderweb pattern on the surface with the black sesame seeds.
  5. Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
