5 helpful tips that you can use to survive the Holidays!
We all know the holidays can be stressful but then add Endometriosis. UGH! This is why I created 5 Tips for Surviving the Holidays with Endometriosis
1- Pace Yourself. Take your time, there is no rush.
2- Communicate. With your support people -Be upfront & honest. Ask for help when you need it.
3- Break Tradition. It’s ok to make changes. Especially if they help keep you healthy. Even if that means wearing your favorite PJs during dinner.

4- Do online shopping. There is nothing better than cuddling up and buying gifts for your favorite people. Looking for some gift check out our favorites.
5- Get your beauty rest. Listen to your body, learn to take breaks when you need them. A good night’s sleep and even a midday nap are essential.
