Endometriosis Friendly “Ice Cream” Dessert.
Ice cream has always been one of my favorite desserts. However, over the years I have learned that my endometriosis doesn’t really like it as my favorite dessert. As an Endometriosis Health and Fitness Coach, I teach my clients how to make adjustments that help their bodies. So ice cream was one of the adjustments I needed to make. I thought it would be great to share my endometriosis friendly “ice cream” dessert with you.
What you’ll need:
– 1 frozen banana
– 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries or any other berry you enjoy
– 1/2 cup of frozen mango
-1/4 cup of non-dairy milk, I use unsweetened coconut milk.
Combine all ingredients into a high-power blender, and blend until creamy consistency. Scoop out into a small pan, and place in the freezer until frozen.
Top with nuts, dark chocolate chips, or non-dairy whipped cream.
