As women who suffer from Endometriosis, it is important that we keep our digestive tract healthy. Let’s dive a little deeper and look at some of the symptoms that you may experience when having an unhealthy gut.

Then we need to start putting the good back into our body.  Once we have worked on healing the digestive system the only thing left is to maintain it and enjoy life!
