Endo Friendly Green Smoothie.
Now that the warmer weather has started on Long Island, NY there is nothing better than enjoying a smoothie. This Endo-friendly green smoothie is one of my favorites. It’s loaded with nutrients and is great for hydrating. Starting your journey, read Endometriosis Diet.
Green Smoothie
1 – Green Apple, chopped.
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped.
1 cup Fresh, organic spinach
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 cup coconut water
1 cup ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
